Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines including machine operation and extruder expierence
- Set up machines by interpreting mechanical blueprints
- Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions
- Maintain safety standards in production environments by following proper procedures, utilizing hand tools correctly, and adhering to factory safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, replace tooling as needed, and document operational data for production records.
- Assist with materials handling, fabrication, assembly line tasks, and packaging processes to support overall manufacturing workflow.
- Collaborate with team members on quality control inspections and ensure products meet specifications before final packaging or shipment.
