As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy working with precision equipment, producing quality parts, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.
Our CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR is responsible for forming parts right off of our turret punch. This position plays a key role in the precision fabrication of high-quality aluminum cabinet parts, ensuring they meet exact specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
·Operate CNC PRESS BRAKE to produce aluminum cabinet parts according to drawings and specifications.
· Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate part fabrication.
· Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain consistency and part accuracy.
· Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, quality, and conformance to company standards.
· Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies.
· Work efficiently to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.
· Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience using basic measuring tools, including tape measures, squares, calipers, and similar hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of CNC manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating CNC press brakes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Work safely around manufacturing equipment and aluminum materials.
