Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail stores and through direct client communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and explaining benefits clearly.
- Manage pricing strategies effectively to ensure competitive yet profitable sales.
- Conduct route driving and commercial truck driving as needed to deliver products or attend client meetings safely following DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, personalized service, and follow-up.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or transportation equipment, ensuring safety at all times.
- Maintain organizational skills to keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
Experience
- Prior retail store experience or customer service background is highly preferred.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques that demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Knowledge of automobile transportation, commercial driving, or route driving is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management.
- Understanding of DOT regulations related to commercial truck driving and transportation safety.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices.
