Job Summary

Warehouse Associates may work in distribution centers, fulfillment centers, manufacturing facilities, or warehouse environments performing shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Load and unload shipments safely with equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and load & unload machinery while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate data entry of shipping & receiving logs, stock movements, and order details.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring proper stocking procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimize warehouse operations for maximum productivity.
- Able to walk and stand for designated work hours. Able to bend and squat for designated work hours. Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level. Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one’s head if required at location. Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and inventory control techniques.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.50 per hour
