We are a retailer looking for someone to ship ecommerce orders, process store to store transfers, price changes, do stockwork and help customers in our Waxhaw store. We are looking for a friendly person who works hard, accurate and gets the job done in timely manner.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
This job requires, but not limited to -
- Pull and process all internet and store picks
- Check emails every 30 minutes to an hour for locally orders and/or store pickups
- Make sure all internet orders are done before Pick up times
◦ Need to take security tags off, check sizes and retissue
◦ Need to check picks throughout the day
- If internet order comes in after pickup that is next day or priority shipping this person needs to take orders to appropriate shipping place.
- Coordinate with internet team on any items that are damaged or not in store
- Pull and pack store to store transfers
- Do price changes in a timely manner
- Receive and process Drop Shipments and scan receivers to appropriate people
◦ coordinate with buyers or office on merchandise that upcs don't scan
◦ coordinate with buyers or office on merchandise that comes in damaged or not on PO
- Process freight from Lebos Truck and put in appropriate departments
- Work with manager on Supply list and make sure store stays in stock on shipping materials
- Security tag and put stock away in the appropriate place
- When merchandise leaves or comes into store check for mismates
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday-Saturday with a day off during with week which would be Tuesday or Wednesday. Ability to use computer, standard telephone and other related business equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to use computer keyboard and simple tasks through our backend program. Ability to push or pull 25-100 pounds, utilizing hand trucks and moving carts. Reaching above and below shoulder level and lifting 25-50 pound boxes. Ability to use step-stools and ladders to retrieve product.
