Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
- Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices
- Experience in upselling techniques and sales-driven environments is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
