This role is part of our Back of House Quality Team with a strong focus on breading, food quality, speed, consistency, and operational excellence.

Master the craft of preparing Chick-fil-A products with consistency, precision, and excellence

Learn and execute responsibilities across kitchen stations including food prep, breading, fries, boards, assembly, and prep

Maintain excellence in breading procedures, food quality, portioning, and holding standards

Prepare and serve high-quality food quickly and accurately

Work efficiently during high-volume rushes

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
