Summary
As a Warehouse Manager at Steve's Plumbing, LLC, you will be instrumental in overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. This role is vital to ensuring that our plumbing services run smoothly by managing inventory, materials, and logistics effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity.
- Coordinate materials management and logistics for timely delivery of supplies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.
- Monitor transportation management systems to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse functions with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and materials management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in operations management within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving operational goals.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Plumbing license (or equivalent experience)
- Warehouse experience in the plumbing industry
- ServiceTitan software experience
