Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselosr (LMHC), Licensed Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners (NP), or Psychiatrists to join our well-established out patient mental health practice. We are seeking licensed clinicians who are 1099 contractors who want the independence of a private practice with the support of an established office. What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate would be a licensed 1099 clinician (LCSW, LMHC, Lic. Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist) who is compassionate, dependable and committed to providing weekly or monthly therapy for their clients.
- Provide In person meetings or utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. (This is yours to monitor and maintain).
- If required manage crisis situations for any of your clients effectively through crisis intervention strategiess, use of mobile mental health, etc. (This would be yours to monitor or address).
Experience
- Strong clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings with a focus on mental health counseling or clinical psychology.
- Demonstrated practice in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, grief counseling, PTSD care, addiction counseling, EMDR, or other therapeutic techniques such as Group Therapy, short or long term individual, family or Couples counseling. (This is yours to cultivate, develop and explore).
- Experience in providing therapy groups or support groups working with individuals in a variety of areas such as anger management, grief, divorce, parenting, adolescent coping groups, or self-esteem groups is highly desirable. We have a large group room ready for use.
