- Direct hire, full-time, permanent position
- Newest office in an established multi-state firm, with room to grow into a lead electrical engineer seat
Why This Role
This firm has been designing MEP systems for more than six decades and hires engineers it expects to keep. The Salt Lake City office is the growth office, which means an electrical engineer coming in now shapes how the team is built instead of waiting for a seat to open. The project work is institutional and technically serious — hospitals, universities, labs, and civic buildings, not tenant finish churn. If you want one firm, real mentorship, and a path to PE and beyond, this is worth the conversation.
