Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems in accordance with schematics and HVAC design plans
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure precise installation and maintenance procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R (refrigeration) equipment to optimize performance and extend system lifespan
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, drainage connections, and ammonia refrigeration setups where applicable
- Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and perform equipment repairs efficiently
- Weld components or perform mechanical repairs as needed to ensure system integrity and safety
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all installations, repairs, and inspections for quality assurance and compliance purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or installer in the HVAC industry with a solid understanding of HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge including familiarity with boilers, refrigeration systems welding, and property maintenance
- Ability to read schematics accurately and apply HVAC design principles during installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with field service operations involving appliance repair, equipment maintenance, and property upkeep
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar vehicles preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of safety standards related to refrigeration, boiler operation, welding procedures, and general mechanical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
