Position Overview:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This role directly contributes to the guest experience by creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas daily according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, minibar items, and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Follow established health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Assist with laundry operations if required.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

- Fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift.
- Interaction with guests, supervisors, and fellow team members.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
