INDUSTRY: Residential Multifamily Property Management
LOCATION: Will office out of Bethesda, Maryland corporate office
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple functions.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct talent research and lead generation activities to identify high-potential candidates through cold calling, networking, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers confidently while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts.
- Use data-driven insights from ATS platforms to optimize recruitment campaigns and improve candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience in property management or other customer service focused industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools for managing candidate pipelines and employee records.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; proficiency in social media management for employer branding is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to research market trends and leverage data for strategic decision-making in talent acquisition initiatives.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
