Best Western is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area while providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, maintains high cleanliness standards, and takes pride in creating a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast buffet before service begins.
- Cook and replenish hot breakfast items according to hotel brand standards.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and available throughout breakfast hours.
- Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and fully stocked during service.
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional assistance.
- Maintain beverage stations, including coffee, tea, juice, and other refreshments.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, serving areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and expiration dates.
- Report inventory shortages and assist with stocking breakfast supplies.
- Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, or public area cleaning after breakfast service when assigned.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Work efficiently with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
- Part-time and Full-time positions available.
- Early morning shifts (typically starting 6:00 AM).
