What You'll Do
- Book appointments via phone, text, and web leads
- Support field techs and sales team
- Help customers feel heard and cared for
- Master our CRM (ServiceTitan) and booking systems
- Collaborate with our back-end team (marketing, accounting, recruiting, etc.) to keep things humming

Experience Preferred…
- 2 years experience in Home Services
- 1 MINIMUM years Service Titan experience
- Know how to de-escalate a stressed-out customer with kindness and confidence
