Job Description
· Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives within an Automotive and Aerospace thread coating environment
· Directly supervise a team of 7 direct reports, including Process Technicians and Maintenance Technicians
· Operate as a hands-on leader on the production floor, actively driving lean manufacturing principles and best practices
· Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and increase operational efficiencies
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong command of KPIs, metrics, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
· Preference for candidates with Automotive or Aerospace industry experience
