We are a small dealership (90 car inventory) that is looking for a salesman with prior experience and, ideally, some formal auto sales training. You will work directly with our F&I manager to bring customers in and put deals together. This is a position with a lot of room to grow and offers a good schedule, especially considering the industry we are in. We need someone that is familiar with dealer CRM systems and the processes involved with lead handling and customer follow up. We will require a typing speed of 50 words per minute at a minimum, much of the job involves texting/emailing/logging calls so this is a must! Also we are really looking for a solid knowledge in social media advertising and with the ability to understand new tech trends that may be beneficial. We sell European cars and Diesel pickups so a wide range of automotive knowledge is a plus. We have everything from a work van to Range Rovers to Ferraris in stock currently. This is a position with a small weekly draw and then a monthly commission payout so there is no ceiling to the income potential. We are adding this position as a second salesperson so you will not be fighting an entire team for leads, we are all friends in the office and we act accordingly. We are near the end of a full renovation at the dealership which will help us push more high end inventory and also be more social media present.
