Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality mental health services and supporting clients in achieving their treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and mental health services to clients.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to coordinate client care.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- One of the following credentials:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Permit Holder (LMHC-P)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling.
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns.
