X3 is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for a direct hire opportunity. If you're a proven leader who can manage crews, keep projects on schedule, and deliver quality work safely, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a crew of 5-8 electricians on commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Plan daily work, manpower, and material needs
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, inspectors, and customers
- Mentor apprentices and journeymen
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety
- Document daily reports, identify change order opportunities, and maintain project records
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman
- Experience independently managing stand-alone projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude
