Your day flows with variety: engaging 20–40 minute visits, diagnosing and treating everything from routine concerns to complex conditions like HIV, and following patients in their health journeys. You’re not working in isolation either—you’re part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that genuinely supports one another, shares knowledge, and works together to get patients the best outcomes.
There’s also room to grow. Whether it’s participating in case conferences, quality improvement projects, or continuing education, you’re constantly learning and evolving as a clinician.
The schedule is structured but flexible enough to keep things balanced—mixing daytime and evening shifts, with optional Saturdays if you want them.
