What You’ll Do:
- Sell, plan and coordinate events – Work with clients to understand their needs and make their vision a reality
- Help manage catering logistics – Ensure food, staff, and supplies are ready and on point
- Handle event details
- Communicate with clients and vendors – Keep everything running smoothly before, during, and after events
- Support the team – Work alongside with the Executive Chef, GM and Catering Manager
- Maintain quality and professionalism – Every event should be flawless, from presentation to execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills—you’re the type who loves a good checklist
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple events and adapt on the fly
- A passion for hospitality and creating amazing experiences
- Previous event planning or catering experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
