Resynant designs and builds NMR instruments — the instruments that scientists use to study proteins, drugs, and disease at the atomic level. We're a small startup taking on the biggest names in scientific hardware, and we compete on innovation. Our customers are researchers who need better tools than the market provides. We build those tools.
We need an Office Manager to keep the operation running so our engineers can focus on building.
What you'll do
This is a real job with real ownership (figuratively and literally) — not a support role. Day to day:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor paperwork
- Coordinate team scheduling and travel logistics
- Manage shipping, receiving, and parts inventory
- Keep the workspace organized and stocked
- Cover the gaps — in a small startup, every day is a bit different
What we're looking for
- Microsoft Office Suite fluency and strong general computer skills
- A preference for systems over chaos, and attention to detail
- Comfort with light physical work (moving boxes, handling inventory)
- Prior office management experience is a plus, not a requirement — we hire for reliability and judgment
