Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (or equivalent)
ASHA CCC‑SLP certification; must have or be in process of obtaining a CDE license (no SLPA’s accepted)
Minimum 1 year of classroom experience
Pediatric experience and strong school-aged caseload exposure
Ability to collaborate with principals/directors and school teams
Strong documentation and family/caregiver education skills
Ability to provide services within a school setting
Legal authorization to work in the United States on a W2 basis (no visa sponsorship)
Professional readiness, including passing Praxis (as applicable)
Clear evidence of Colorado licensure progress (COOL/CDE documentation) required for consideration
Must follow school-based procedures and support IEP-focused services
Schedule: 32 hours per week (0.8 FTE option) with days determined with Principal or Director; standard on-site physical demands associated with school-based therapy sessions
