Overview
Pitta LLP and Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno LLC seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Partner/Member of our established law firm and government relations firm. Pitta LLP is a highly regarded labor, employment, employee benefits, and political law firm. Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno LLC is one of New York’s leading government relations firms. This is a unique opportunity to work with attorneys and staff in the law firm, as well as lobbyists and other professionals in the government relations firm. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Partner/Member
- Liaise with attorneys, firm professionals and staff, clients, and business associates
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and priority matters to ensure timely completion
- Manage calendars, scheduling and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel, itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare expense reports
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and legal documents
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain and update electronic files and databases
- Assist with special projects and event coordination
- Provide administrative backup support to the Government Relations team as needed
- Other responsibilities as needed and assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience required, experience in professional services, government relations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NYC government and agencies strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: $87,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
