Kotecki's Grandview Grove is a banquet facility in West Seneca, NY. We provide lifelong memories for memorable events, including weddings, showers, banquets, company outings, picnics and more.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with 5+ years to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure food safety by following proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to customer specifications.
- Must be able to communicate well to all staff members
- You need to work well under pressure during busy times in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Banquet Cooking experience REQUIRED
- Head Chef/Executive Chef related Experience is REQUIRED
- Must have minimum 5 year of related experience
- Reliable transportation
