The Black Velvet Lounge is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Event Coordinator to help us continue delivering unforgettable experiences. If you’re passionate about nightlife, live entertainment, hospitality, and bringing people together, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
● Plan, organize, and execute weekly and special events
● Coordinate with DJs, comedians, entertainers, and promoters
● Develop creative event concepts that increase guest attendance and engagement
● Manage event timelines, logistics, and setup
● Work alongside our marketing team to promote events through social media and advertising
● Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
● Assist in securing sponsorships and strategic partnerships
● Ensure every event delivers an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and entertainment
● Experience in event planning, nightlife, hospitality, or marketing is preferred
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Creative thinker who enjoys generating new ideas
● Must be available evenings and weekends
