Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. This role supports the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all custom apparel meets our quality standards and deadlines. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with production tasks, including embroidery, laser engraving, and leather patch hat customization.
- Prepare materials and garments for customization (hooping, engraving setup, heat pressing, etc.).
- Operate and maintain production equipment (training provided).
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Package completed orders for shipping or pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials and restocking supplies.
- Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a production or custom apparel setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Comfortable working with hands-on production equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting and moving boxes of apparel and materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
