What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every customer has a great experience
- Coach, train, and develop team members for continued growth
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily restaurant operations
- Support inventory, sales goals, and overall restaurant performance
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous restaurant experience is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, guest-focused environment
Familiarity food safety, sales forecasting, staffing, and local store marketing is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate.
ServSafe Certification is preferred but not required.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
