Job Overview
This paid pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship opportunity is designed primarily for young adults ages 18–24 who are interested in launching a career in healthcare. Apprentices will receive paid training, earn their Community Health Worker (CHW) Certification, and gain hands-on experience supporting patients and communities while developing skills in patient advocacy, chronic disease management, health education, care coordination, and community outreach.

Qualifications
