Job Responsibilities
- Production Support: Assist bakers and cake decorators with ingredient preparation, weighing supplies, and basic food assembly.
- Inventory Management: Organize freezer and refrigerator stocking; ensuring all ingredients are stored correctly and rotated (FIFO).
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste according to health safety standards.
- Organization: Keep the storage areas, walk-ins, and prep stations tidy and efficient to help the team move faster.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs (handling heavy freezer inventory).
- Reliability: Punctuality is critical. Our bakers rely on you to get the day started right.
- Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but attitude and culture fit are our top priorities.
