Comfort All Stars is looking for our next HVAC Installation Apprentice. No experience is required—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn a skilled trade.

What You’ll Learn
As an Installation Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced Lead Installers while learning every aspect of residential HVAC installation, including:
- Installing heating and air conditioning systems
- Installing ductwork and air distribution systems
- Brazing and refrigerant piping
- Electrical wiring and controls
- Equipment startup and commissioning
- Indoor air quality products
- Proper installation techniques that exceed code requirements
- Customer service and professionalism
Our goal is to develop you into a highly skilled HVAC Installer with opportunities for continued advancement.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need HVAC experience, but you do need:
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly
- Dependability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working in attics and outdoors in Florida weather
- Pride in doing things the right way

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 1-2 Saturdays a Month in peak Season (May-October)
- Overtime available
- Weekend work only when necessary
