SUMMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area. With minimal supervision, provide exceptional guest service by welcoming the guests, ensuring their orders are correct and keeping the breakfast area well attended to at all times.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/RELEVANT WORK QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent education required.
One to two years of experience in a similar role preferred.

- Welcome and provide guests with personalized service. Distribute ordered breakfasts, address any order discrepancies in a friendly guest first manor. Clean tables and counter area. Must know about the entire property, services, hours of operation and local points of interest, etc.
- Understand menu preparation, pronunciation, and food standards to effectively communicate to customers. Be responsible for handling of all food, equipment, and service items to local health requirements. Ensure that all slips, spills, and breakage are attended to immediately.
- Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere. Responsible for stocking machines and dispensers; ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner; set out and arrange cold food.
