Crestwood is looking for a reliable, experienced Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to help with repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of projects. Experience with painting and drywall is important. Additional construction, repair, or maintenance skills are a big plus.
This will initially be a part-time or job-to-job contract position as we grow, with the potential for more consistent hours and opportunities in the future.
Typical Work May Include
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repair, patching, texturing, and finishing
- Minor carpentry and trim work
- Door, hardware, and fixture installation
- Caulking and general repairs
- Punch-list and turnover work
- Basic property maintenance
- Small home improvement projects
- Troubleshooting and completing miscellaneous handyman repairs
Experience with plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpentry, exterior repairs, or other trades is a plus.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience with painting and drywall
- General handyman / construction experience
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable and able to communicate well
- Comfortable working in customers' homes and properties
- Able to safely use common hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and clean/reasonable driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35/hour, depending on experience and skill set
