Company Background & Culture
DATA INNOVATIONS (DI)
DI, a stand-alone operating company of Roper Technologies, is the market leader in automating laboratory instrument workflows to improve productivity and quality. DI is headquartered in Colchester, Vermont with additional offices in Brazil, Belgium, and Hong Kong. The majority of the company's employees work remotely.
DI is at an exciting inflection point - scaling as it transforms from a reseller model to a direct go-to-market model in the United States, its largest market, while modernizing its technology stack as a cloud-first, AI-forward company. The company takes pride in a culture that is purpose-driven, curious, results-oriented, customer-centric, and caring - valuing innovation, continuous improvement, and proactive execution.
ROPER TECHNOLOGIES
Roper Technologies is a constituent of the S&P 500 and Fortune 1000 with a proven, long-term track record of compounding cash flow and shareholder value. Roper operates market-leading businesses that design and develop vertical software and technology-enabled products for defensible niche markets (NASDAQ: ROP).
Role Overview
Data Innovations is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and a driving force behind the company's financial performance and long-term growth. This is first and foremost a finance leadership role - requiring deep expertise across financial strategy, FP&A, controls, contracting, and international operations in a SaaS environment.
In addition to financial leadership, this CFO will bring operational breadth, with oversight of the Program Management Office (PMO) and Quality & Regulatory Affairs. This expanded scope reflects DI's evolution and the need for a senior leader who can connect financial rigor with cross-functional operational excellence.
We are seeking a dynamic, humble, and results-oriented executive who embraces AI and technology as tools for smarter, faster decision-making and can support a lean, entrepreneurial culture - driving meaningful impact without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Financial Leadership & Strategy
Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) - including annual planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and management reporting - providing the executive team with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, board reporting, and special analyses; ensure clarity, accuracy, and transparency across all financial communications with DI leadership and Roper Technologies.
Build and maintain best-in-class financial controls, policies, and processes - scalable, compliant, and aligned with the demands of a growing SaaS business operating across multiple geographies.
Lead the global Contracting function, ensuring efficient, compliant, and commercially sound contract management aligned with DI's revenue model and risk tolerance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations across DI's international operations (US, Brazil, Belgium, Hong Kong).
Leverage AI and data analytics to drive greater speed, rigor, and efficiency in financial planning, reporting, and decision support.
