Join our hospitality team as a skilled and energetic Bartender.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service while taking orders, answering questions about drink options, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of each shift.
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices in accordance with legal regulations and venue policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff during events such as banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, toast
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
- Background in catering or food service roles that require multitasking and effective time management skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
