Flexible Scheduling - Part time and full time help wanted.
$15–$18/hr base + $1-$5 hr Bonus Opportunities
Total pay range: $16-$23 per hour with base and bonus combined
Primary Objective: Perform professional finishing functions in the manufacturing process for printed stickers, decals, signs and graphics. Perform quality review of printed products prior to shipping.
General Responsibilities & Duties:
- Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
- Accurately and professionally represent Lakes Area Graphix to customers and vendors
What you'll do:
- Operate finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, trimming)
- Perform quality checks before orders ship
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
- Update order status in our system
- Meet daily production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support teammates as needed
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment.

Print or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
