Position Summary
TheraNow is a fast-growing digital health organization bringing accessible, high-touch physical and occupational rehabilitation to patients across the country.
We are expanding our virtual outpatient department and seeking licensed Physical Therapists (Orthopedic focus) and Occupational Therapists looking to deliver quality care in a modern, flexible telehealth environment.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct 100% virtual evaluations, functional assessments, and custom treatment plans for adult outpatient populations.
- Guide patients through home exercise programs and digital recovery pathways using our interactive platform.
- Maintain clear clinical documentation and track patient progress in accordance with company EMR timelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and care continuity.
Licensing & Territory RequirementsFor Physical Therapists (Ortho Focus):
- Active license OR immediate willingness to apply for state board licensure/compact privileges in: Alaska (AK), California (CA), Montana (MT), Texas (TX), or Oregon (OR). (AK, CA, and OR credentials are strongly preferred).
For Occupational Therapists:
- Active license OR immediate willingness to apply for state board licensure in: Alaska (AK) or Texas (TX).
General Candidate Qualifications
- Background: Prior clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, rehab, or home health environments preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to patient coverage.
- Technology: Tech-savvy with a reliable computer, webcam, high-speed internet connection, and Google Chrome browser.
- Work Status: Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
