The Rudolph Auto Group is looking to hire a motivated full-time Office Clerk to join our team!
The Clerk will be responsible for handling high-volume calls and internet leads, as well as setting up sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). Training will be available.
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess excellent communication and phone customer service skills, be friendly, polite and professional,;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Call center experience is a plus;
- Applicants must also speak English and Spanish fluently;
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday with an alternating schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (subject to change);
- Reliable transportation to the WEST side of town; and
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which includes a drug test, background check, and MVR.
