Starting Pay: $18.00 – $24.50/hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials:

Hours between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM: +$2.00/hour

Weekends: +$2.00/hour

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting

Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

Offer emotional support and companionship to residents

Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
-
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois

Strong work ethic and reliability

Compassionate and resident-focused mindset

Ability to work well as part of a team
