THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll assist homeowners by scheduling service appointments, answering questions, coordinating with technicians, and helping ensure every customer receives professional and dependable service.
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. Training is Monday through Friday, with your ongoing schedule assigned during training.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC service and maintenance appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, technicians, and service needs
- Accurately enter customer and appointment information into company systems
- Work closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up with customers as needed and help resolve questions or concerns
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction
WHAT YOU BRING
- Customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- HVAC or home-services experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in our comprehensive training program
