Provision Property Restoration is a locally operated restoration company exclusively specializing in water mitigation services. We focus on doing the work correctly, documenting well, billing accurately, and working with insurance carriers to reach fair claim settlements.
Position Summary
This role prepares job documentation, reviews Xactimate estimates written by our writing team, and submits finalized estimates to insurance carriers.
Important:
- Full time office position
- No claims negotiations
- No field visits
Primary Responsibilities
- Compile and organize job documentation for estimate writing
- Review Xactimate estimates written by the writing team for accuracy and completeness
- Write and sketch estimates periodically to stay proficient
- Submit finalized Xactimate estimates to insurance carriers
- Manage Matterport scans — archiving, merging, and flagging issues
- Support the broader billing team
Requirements
- Xactimate proficiency — writing, sketching, and revising xactimates
- Water mitigation or restoration industry experience
Nice to have:
- Property damage insurance claims estimating
- Systems minded
- Workload management experience
- Matterport experience
- CRM and Google Workspace experience
- Strong written communication skills
Certifications: IICRC WRT, ASD, and AMRT are a plus — Provision can help you earn these after your first year.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
