Nurse Position Specifics:
- Standard Shift (6am-2:30pm) Every other weekend
- PM Weekend Shift (2pm-10:30pm) Fri, Sat, Sun - Every weekend
- Weekend Package Shift (6am - 10:30pm) Sat, Sun - Every weekend
- Licensed as a RN or LPN
- Full-time hours
- Pay Premiums for Weekend shifts and NOC shifts
Charge Nurses:
- Oversee admissions, discharges, assessments, and care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs
- Follow current federal, state, and local regulations that govern our facility
- Operate under the standards, guidelines, and processes required by the Director of Nursing.
- NOC shift manages various tasks and ensures resident safety throughout the facility.
Required:
- Proof of active RN or LPN license
Recommended:
- 1 year of nursing experience in Long Term Care
