Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services during overnight hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as needed
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and guest relations
- Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying reservations, and preparing financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling, billing, and incident reports
- Monitor security footage and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment
- Assist with front desk operations such as managing reservations, updating guest profiles, and coordinating special requests
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record keeping
