What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance and repair on production machinery and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic).
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Work both independently and with other technicians to support production goals.
- Identify safety concerns and report them promptly.
- Follow all SOPs and GMPs to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ year experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technician role.
- Solid understanding and strong troubleshooting of mechanical systems, pumps, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work on manual lifts, and perform tasks in hot/cold environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
