Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, professional growth, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, create engaging learning solutions, and ensure employees have the knowledge and skills required to succeed.

Assess organizational training and development needs through stakeholder consultations, surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.

Design, develop, and implement learning programs that support employee development and business objectives.

Create, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, guides, presentations, job aids, and other instructional resources.

Facilitate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, workshops, simulations, and multimedia content.

Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment, materials, and participant communications.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, assessments, certifications, and development plans.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, recommending improvements as needed.

Collaborate with managers, department leaders, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.

Research industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance learning strategies and employee development programs.

Support instructional design initiatives and contribute to the creation of engaging learning experiences and educational content.

Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field required.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Project Management.

Experience designing and facilitating training programs in a corporate environment is preferred.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
