Ellsworth County Medical Center is seeking a full-time, night shift Charge Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated inpatient and emergency team . The role of the Charge Nurse is to provide strong leadership ️ ️ to the Nursing department in support of ECMC’s mission, vision, and values . This position supports the Executive Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager by establishing goals, improving workflow, and supervising staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
up to $45.00/hr.
Night shift differential $2/hr.

Education:
Completed degree from an accredited school of nursing required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in acute care nursing required.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Certifications/Registrations:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas
ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, TNCC current or within 6 months of hire, Certificate or within 6 months of hire, CPR
