A Great Opportunity for Nursing and Healthcare Students
This position is an excellent fit for nursing students, STNAs, medical assistants, social work students, psychology students, and anyone pursuing a healthcare career. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working directly with individuals, assisting with daily living activities, learning about medication administration, and developing communication and caregiving skills that translate well into future healthcare professions.
We can also help you obtain valuable certifications, including medication administration certification and other credentials recognized throughout Ohio.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:
- Support individuals in their homes and throughout the community
- Assist with daily living activities
- Encourage independence and personal growth
- Help individuals achieve their goals
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications after certification and training
- Create positive and meaningful experiences every day

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points
