Position Summary
The Wingstop Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role leads by example, coaches team members, ensures food safety and operational excellence, and helps achieve key business goals including sales, labor, food cost, speed of service, and guest satisfaction. The Assistant Manager serves as the Manager on Duty when the General Manager is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Lead by example and uphold Wingstop's culture and standards.
- Coach, train, and develop team members.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and daily team accountability.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and a clean restaurant.
Operations
- Oversee daily shift operations.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and QSC standards.
- Complete opening, closing, and shift management responsibilities.
Financial Performance
- Support sales growth and profitability.
- Control labor, food cost, inventory, and waste.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and minimize voids.
Performance & Compliance
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
- Sales
- Labor
- Food Cost
- Inventory Variance
- Speed of Service (SOS)
- Guest Satisfaction
- Order Accuracy
- FlavorLab & Zenput Completion
- Google Reviews
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and food safety standards.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
