East Hills Auto Group seeks a world-class Director of Parts for our multi-franchise locations on Long Island. The ideal candidate will be able to manage employees, set goals, control costs and ensure customer satisfaction.
A minimum of 5 years as Parts Manager is required. Your responsibilities would include:
- Hire, train and motivate Parts employees.
- Prepare and administer operating departmental budgets while controlling operating costs.
- Establish and maintain world-class customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Manage scheduling, repair workflows, loaner fleet and customer interactions.
- Optimize parts inventory to ensure attainment of sales.
- Understand and comply with relevant regulations, including OSHA and hazardous waste disposal.
- Maintain reporting systems and monitor performance metrics.
Compensation:
Earning potential $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, track record and performance.
$10,000 - $25,000 signing bonus, based on experience.
