We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. This candidate needs to align with our corporate purpose.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive culture while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop staff on food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and restaurant policies.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the integrity of the cash register.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Assist in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to implement strategies for improving restaurant performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment; casual dining experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and culinary techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and staff training.
- Background in hospitality management or food service management is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers alike.
- Availability to open and/ or close
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and kitchen management is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
